While I initially thought this trend would be in and out in a season, I’ve noticed that it is still popular and one that’s going to be around for a lot longer. Though newer styles such as the cold shoulder and one shoulder have taken off, the off-the-shoulder remains trendy. Why?

One of the biggest sales of the year is finally here! It’s officially the start of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017. Well, Early Access that is! Okay, let me start by saying that when I began seeing pom poms on clothing a couple summers back, I was like um NO way you will ever catch me wearing anything like that. Fast forward two years and here I am doing just that. Never say never, am I right?!

And yet another week comes to a close! Does anyone else feel like summer is just flying by. I’m like, “Wait, slow down!!” This past week was crazy with the Fourth of July holiday. I actually ran a 5k on the Fourth and then spent the day eating yummy BBQ with neighbors + watching the fireworks. Then I kind of got that post-holiday let down and felt “off” the rest of the week. Anyone else feel this way? I’m looking forward to getting back into my routine this coming week and being more consistent here on MSL + social media.
