Whether you’re ready for it or not, the holidays are coming! Personally, I could not be more excited! While many have Christmas on the mind, I am so looking forward to Thanksgiving next week! On Monday I shared my Thanksgiving hostess gift guide (check it out here if you missed it!), which so many of you loved, so today I’m sticking with the Thanksgiving theme and sharing the outfit I plan to wear to celebrate Turkey Day!
We all have those old concert tees in our closet that we rarely wear because, at least in my opinion, we don’t feel fully put together in just a t-shirt. Hello lovelies! In case you haven’t already noticed the festive decorations at every mall and the TV advertisements, the holidays are coming. With the excitement (and stress) of the holidays, I’ve found that many of us forget about what we are going to wear until the night before or day of! Whether you’re looking for an outfit to wear to a holiday party, dressy Thanksgiving dinner, or Christmas card photo shoot, you will love these items.
Anyone else have so many clothes that you forget what you have in your closet?! I can’t be the only one! As I was searching for a certain dress the other day, I found my black maxi skirt that I used to wear non-stop and I remembered how much I love it. While it may be Fall, in SoCal temps are in the 80s so I’ve had to get creative with putting together Fall looks that don’t have me sweating when I step out the door.
Those that know me know that I’m the type of girl who would dress up every day if I had the opportunity to! I honestly believe that I am more productive and happier when I look my best. Now I’m not saying that I need to be in some cute little dress with a pair of pumps to look dressed up.
For years I’ve loved the look of baseball tees! I don’t know what it is about them, but I just think they are so cute and that’s coming from a total girly girl. The problem I always encountered with these types of shirts though was that they never fit right! They were too big or too tight, not the best material…I could never find one I loved!
Confession: I could pretty much wear a maxi dress every single day! Anyone with me?! They are just so comfy and perfect for days where it’s not super hot, but not cold! It may be Fall, but I guarantee you that I will rock this black one well into November #CaliforniaProblems.
