The Girl Behind MSL | My Styled Life

Every week there are new readers and followers of MSL and since I haven’t introduced myself lately, I thought why not do so today to wrap up my week-long celebration of my One Year Blogiversary! You probably know that my name is Kendall, but read below to get to know the girl behind MSL!

I started my blog in January 2016 as a way to express my belief that every day is an opportunity to be styled! Why not dress up “just because” on a Tuesday?! I always feel more confident and I am more productive when I’m wearing a cute outfit with my hair and makeup done.

I’m country music obsessed – seriously I could listen to it all day, every day and it never gets old – and Luke Bryan is my favorite country artist. One of these years I hope to make it to Stagecoach!

I’m a hopeless romantic type of girl, so of course I love reading Nicholas Sparks books and watching Rom-Coms! My relationship status is single and way too busy to have a relationship. I seriously never have enough hours in the day to get everything done that I want/need to do. #GirlBoss

Despite loving fashion and ALL THINGS girly, I also love to spend time outdoors. I enjoy skiing, running and mountain biking as well as walking on the beach. I’m pretty athletic and have been playing tennis for 13 years. Also, I’m a Lakers fan whether they win or lose and while I prefer to watch basketball, you will also find me rooting for the Dodgers!

I’m a homebody, but I also love being out and about because I’m a social type of gal. One of my favorite things is having a deep conversation with someone. I credit my chattiness to being a Gemini! I also credit my indecisiveness to this…any of my friends will back this up. I’m so bad at making decisions.

Pasta and bread are my weaknesses! I love Italian food and of course…chocolate! I have a big sweet tooth. One of my favorite things to do is go to the movies and snack on popcorn, a Coke Icee and Peanut Butter M&Ms.

My favorite place in Orange County is Balboa Island and if I could be anywhere right now it would be Maui. I love traveling and exploring new places. I also think staycations are really fun! I’ve found so many cool spots by just wandering around places in the OC.

I would love to write a book one day, as to what it would be about…I have no idea! My dream job would be to become a full-time fashion and lifestyle blogger here at MSL!
