Recently, I visited the Outlets at San Clemente for one of their drive-in movie nights and had a blast! Since I couldn’t stay away for too long, I returned this past weekend to participate in the Outlets at San Clemente’s 6th Annual Shopping Extravaganza! This is such a fun shopping experience that goes all October long and you don’t want to miss out.
About the Shopping Extravaganza
Each October for the past six years, the Outlets at San Clemente has its Shopping Extravaganza. This event is a limited time shopping experience in which you get exclusive discounts to participating stores and restaurants at the center while donating to a cause.
In addition to the discounts, your ticket also includes:
- Two (2) Shopping Extravaganza Prize Scratchers with the opportunity to win thousands of dollars in retail and restaurant gift cards.
- One (1) Chick-fil-A FREE digital sandwich card.
- Entry into a grand prize drawing! (must have purchased a ticket and check in to be eligible)
- Your selected charity earns $20 per ticket.
- Additional prize scratchers are available for $5.00 each upon check-in.
Some of the participating retailers include H&M, Asada Cantina, Jockey, Hurley, Starbucks, Daisy Shoppe, Tazga, and Levi’s. There are so many more in the booklet!
How to Purchase Tickets + Price
Tickets are on sale online through October 11, 2020 for $25 (plus a $2.24 Eventbrite surcharge). They are also available at Customer Service through October 30, 2020 for $30.
My Shopping Extravaganza Experience
After arriving at the Outlets at San Clemente and picking up my Shopping Extravaganza Booklet from customer service, it was time to start shopping! I visited several stores including H&M, Tilly’s, Le Creuset, and Guess Factory. Then it was time to go to lunch at Asada Cantina — detailed below. After lunch I finished up my visit by stopping into Hurley, Daisy Shoppe, and a few other stores. It was such a fun day of shopping! See some of my cute finds below!

Lunch at Asada Cantina
For a midday pitstop, I had lunch at Asada Cantina. This restaurant is new to the outlets, but an absolute must-visit! Not only is the restaurant stunning, but also the food is so delicious. I had the opportunity to try a few of the menu items including the Chicken Enchiladas Verde, Crispy Potato Taco Plate, and Fresh Mahi Fish Tacos. I honestly cannot even pick a favorite because all were equally as tasty. Also, don’t even get me started about the salsa. So. Dang. Good.
