Two of the things I love most about fall are fashion and beauty! That’s why I’m excited to be teaming up with the Brea Mall to share the best of fashion and beauty that the mall has to offer this season.
Let me begin by saying that each time I go to this mall, I am equally as amazed. No joke. This mall has everything and more well-known brands are choosing to open their first stores there. I mean Quay Australia just opened their first store at the Brea Mall and one of my fav beauty brands, Morphe, is opening soon. Eeeek!!!
In addition to great shopping options, Brea Mall has many fabulous restaurants. During my trip, I had the chance to dine at The Cheesecake Factory. While the food was delicious – I ordered the Margherita Pizza and a slice of the Original Cheesecake – I was equally as impressed by the service I received. I’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Fall Fashion
Fall is one of my favorite times of year in terms of fashion. As the weather cools down, I love layering pieces and taking advantage of the fall color palette. For those looking for some fall outfit inspiration, below I’m sharing outfits for three different occasions. Honestly, I love all three of these outfits so much that I can’t pick a favorite!
Look #1 – What to Wear to the Pumpkin Patch
Cardigan, Top, Pants, Purse: Cotton On // Mirrored Aviator Sunglasses: Quay Australia // Lipgloss: NYX, Buttergloss shade Creme Brûlée
I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite things to do during the fall is go to the pumpkin patch. Since I always snap some photos while I’m there, as I’m sure many of you do as well, wearing a cute outfit is a must! For this look, I paired a red and white striped top with khaki skinny jeans and a cozy gray sweater, all from Cotton On at Brea Mall!
Then, to accessorize the outfit, I added a cognac crossbody, also from Cotton On, and the most fun mirrored aviators. The ones I’m wearing are actually the High Key style from the QuayxDesi collection by Quay Australia. To complete the look, I decided to go for a neutral lip color by using the NYX Buttergloss in Creme Brûlée.
Look #2 – What to Wear to a Fall Gathering

During the fall there are always a ton of gatherings whether it be for Thanksgiving, weddings, or get-togethers with friends. When I saw this beautiful dress in the Banana Republic at Brea Mall, I knew I just had to style it! I could not think of a more beautiful dress for fall. The paisley print is gorgeous and pairs perfectly with the black felt hat and red envelope clutch.
For this look, I chose to go with a darker lip color, using the NYX lipstick in the shade Cocoa. As for my sunnies, these ones are the After Hours style, also from Quay Australia. I’ve been wearing them nonstop lately!
Look #3 – What to Wear for a Fall Night Out

Planning a night out soon? This outfit is perfect for the occasion. If you’re like me, jeans are your go-to for chilly fall nights. What makes these ones from Express at Brea Mall even better, though, is that they are embellished! Embellished everything is a major trend for fall so when I saw these jeans, I knew I had to show you how I’d style them.
For this outfit, I went with a ruffle sleeve sweater, also a major trend for fall, and black suede booties, both from Express. Also, how cute is the black crossbody?! It’s so simple, but makes a statement. I think every gal needs a bag like this for fall.
Fall Beauty Products
In my opinion, no stylish outfit is complete without makeup! Also, in order for your makeup to look flawless, you need a proper skincare routine. During my visit to the Brea Mall, I chatted with some beauty experts at Sephora, Kiehl’s and NYX to hear their recommendations for the best makeup and skincare products for fall. The Best Fall Beauty Products from Sephora
What I love about Sephora at Brea Mall is the selection – hair makeup, skincare – they have it all! With the arrival of fall, many of us are looking for more warm-toned products and Sephora has quite the collection. For eyeshadow, the Huda Beauty Textured Shadows Palette, Rose Gold Edition, is the perfect palette! It has a great mix of colors including plenty of mattes and gorgeous metals. For the cheeks, you can’t go wrong with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trio in Berry Adore. Use them separately or layer for a more multi-dimensional look.
If you’re looking for a warmer scent for the season, you must check out the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Rose perfume. I’m obsessed. It also comes in a dry shampoo! And of course, you can’t forget skincare! It’s important to keep your skin moisturized during this season so two highly-rated products are the Tatcha Luminous Dewy Skin Mist and the Amore Pacific Moisture Bound Sleeping Recovery Mask. Also, I have to note that the Sephora at the Brea Mall was just recently remodeled and the store is gorgeous!!
The Best Fall Skincare Products from Kiehl’s
I’ve been a fan of Kiehl’s for years! Their skincare products are top-notch and their skincare consultants are SO knowledgable. While at the Brea Mall location, I had the opportunity to experience their Healthy Skin Consultation, which determined the best skincare products for my skin type and helped me create a custom skincare routine. You can see the products recommended for my custom routine below!
While these ones are tailored toward my more normal skin type, I asked my skincare consultant to share three Kiehl’s products that are great for everyone. The first product she recommended is the Ultra Facial Cream, which delivers continuous moisture to the skin throughout the day and happens to be the #1 Kiehl’s product. The second product is the Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate. This item utilizes next generation liquid-to-serum technology to hydrate the skin and correct signs of age-related hydration. The last product is the Midnight Recovery Concentrate, which is a top-rated face serum formulated to help the skin repair itself overnight from daily aggressors.
The Best Fall Beauty Products from NYX
If you’ve seen any of my YouTube videos, then you know that NYX is one of my favorite lines for more affordable makeup products. The huge selection at the Brea Mall location made it difficult to chose only a few fall favs, but after much debate, my NYX beauty consultant and I narrowed it down for you. Since we all want to keep our summer glow during the fall, one product every gal needs in her makeup collection is the Away We Glow Illuminating Powder. I love that you can use the four colors separately to highlight the skin or use them together!
Another fall fav is the Ultimate Multi-Finish Shadow Palette. I was amazed at the color payoff with these shadows and obsessed with the cranberry tones. Lastly, the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream and Lingerie Vaults are a MUST-HAVE! They are a beauty lover’s dream and the perfect way to try out various shades to find your favorite lip color! Time to treat yo’self!
