I don’t know about you, but in my mind, a swimsuit cover-up is just as important as my bikini and the past few years I’ve had little luck finding one that I truly loved. What can I say…I’m picky! I mean, when combined with a bathing suit, pair of sunglasses, sandals, and beach bag, a cover-up is basically an outfit so it has to look put together.
This white caftan cover-up from Adore Me may in fact be the perfect one for me! While I have a few colored cover-ups in my closet, a white one is always my preference because it goes with everything and it won’t get too hot! What really made me fall in love with this one though is the detailing on the shoulders and along the bottom edge. It’s so pretty and feminine.
This cover-up is also the perfect thickness, meaning that it’s sheer enough where you can see that I have a bikini underneath, but thick enough where I feel totally comfortable wearing it to grab something from the grocery store on the way to the beach! Now I’m wishing that I was sitting on the beach eating chips and guac…yum!
