Let’s talk about my current favorite tee! I’ve been in search of a good t-shirt for a while now, but hadn’t found one that I really loved that was fashionable and did not rub under the armpits. However, as I was strolling through Target the other day, I came across this boxy tee and decided to give it a try. At only $8 it was worth a shot.
Since I know many of you love basics like I do, I wanted to share it with you! I really love the length of the short sleeves and the pocket detail. Since it is a boxy tee, it is a little wider and cropped, but not too cropped. You can wear it with mid-rise jeans without your stomach showing!! I like to tuck the bottom of mine into high-waisted jeans and I love how it looks. I’m already picturing all the cardigans and boots I’ll style it with this fall. If fall weather is not coming any time soon for you, don’t worry. The tee also looks cute with shorts!
While I originally only picked the top up in white and in tan, I fell in love with it and went back for almost all the other colors!
Since you can’t try on clothes in-store right now, I eyeballed the size and decided to go with a small. While the shirt is 100% cotton, it ended up being the perfect fit. Even after washing, it has remained oversized, boxy and loose under the armpits. Exactly the way I like it!
I’ll be honest in that I really wasn’t into Target clothes for a while, but recently I’ve seen so many cute pieces from the Universal Threads and Wild Fable brands. All the pieces I’ve purchased recently have been great quality and I’ve been wearing them on repeat!
