I went shopping yesterday – the mall was crazy!! – and was sad when I saw that all the winter clothes are on clearance and stores are already putting out all the spring clothes. I’m not ready for spring yet! Here on the blog though, I’m going to try my best to continue styling winter looks because I know most places are freezing until at least February!
I have to say that maroon and army green are so cute together, definitely one of my favorite color combos for this time of year! I’ve had this green military / utility jacket for years and it’s still in style. If you’re looking for a new jacket, I highly recommend investing in one of these (I’ve linked a few that I love at the bottom of this post).
As you can probably tell, my go-to winter look usually involves a long sleeve shirt, pretty scarf, solid colored beanie, and warm coat. It’s so simple and I know you can recreate this look with pieces you have in your closet! I think some women are afraid to wear a beanie, but honestly you need to give it a try. It not only looks cute, but it also is perfect for bad hair days.
