While September is filled with important events such as the first day of Fall and going back to school, there is another reason why this month is so significant. September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month! So many children are affected by cancer and today I’m excited to share an amazing organization with you that is spreading hope to these kids.
Headbands of Hope seeks to restore confidence in children who are undergoing cancer treatment. For every item sold, the organization donates a headband to a child with cancer! Since 2012, it has donated headbands to every children’s hospital in the United States and it even started a boys line of buffs so that it can help all children!
The headband I chose is so beautiful and I know I’m going to be wearing it a ton because this girly girl loves all things sparkly!
