Anyone else have so many clothes that you forget what you have in your closet?! I can’t be the only one! As I was searching for a certain dress the other day, I found my black maxi skirt that I used to wear non-stop and I remembered how much I love it. While it may be Fall, in SoCal temps are in the 80s so I’ve had to get creative with putting together Fall looks that don’t have me sweating when I step out the door.
After pairing the skirt with many different tops in search of the perfect match, I finally chose this pretty turquoise flutter top from Charming Charlie! I absolutely love how it looks tucked into the maxi skirt and you have to take a look at the embroidery on the front and the detail on the sleeves. I’m obsessed! For those that live in cooler climates, how cute would this top look with a pair of jeans?!
Then I added a black floppy hat, which is a staple in my Fall wardrobe. I wear this hat year-round, but I always associate it with Fall and I have no idea why! To complete the look I put on various pieces of gold jewelry and my glitter sandals.
