With the holiday season in full swing, I’ve already started planning out my outfits for various family gatherings and events! Now I know a lot of times the holidays involve dressing up, but I go to many casual events as well that require me to look put together while not being all fancy.
I’ve wanted a plaid scarf in this color combo for the longest time, so when my godmother gave me this one over Thanksgiving I was so excited to style it!! It is pretty much “the” scarf to have this season! It goes with so many different tops, but I love how it looks paired with a black and white striped long sleeve! I know that mixing prints can sometimes be intimidating, but trust me, you need to try this combo.
Keeping with my classic style, I paired the top and scarf with my favorite black pants, but then I had to get a little trendy and put on my black suede OTK boots!! I’ve been wearing these boots like crazy and have received so many compliments on them. They look like a certain super expensive brand, but they are less than $160!! I may need to go purchase them in gray…anyone else have that problem of buying items in multiple colors?!
