Camo Jacket

Happy Thursday friends! This week has been so busy, one of those weeks where you feel like you’re losing your mind – did you catch me on Insta Stories wishing everyone a great Wednesday when it was only Tuesday…?! Luckily the weekend is almost here and I could not be more excited.

Tonight I’m heading to the Newport Beach Film Festival Opening Night festivities. I’ve never been to the festival before so it will be a fun experience. While I’m dressing up for the evening, most days you will find me in a more casual, but still stylish, outfit like this one.

I swear this is my last outfit with camo for a while. You’ve probably noticed that I’ve been super into the print the last few months, which I talked about in this post. To make this everyday look seem effortless, I layered a gray lace bralette with a loose white scoop tee and a camo jacket. Then I layered a couple simple gold necklaces and beaded bracelets. I think the key to effectively layering this many items is to keep them in the same color palette. Too many colors at once can make an outfit look cluttered.
